HOW DO I BOOK?
The best way is to fill out the contact form, found on the tab that says 'Contact Me'. Or send me an email, give me a call, however you want to reach out. Then I will consult with you on how I can best serve you, ensuring we are a good fit. If you are a bride to be, we will meet for a bridal trial and do a practice run, meet each other. I will give you my contract and final total and you can book me for your wedding date! I use Honeybook which makes contracts and invoicing super easy!
*NOTE payment for bridal trials are due day of service, payment for weddings due 14 days prior to date of service.
HOW LONG DOES EACH HAIR AND MAKEUP SERVICE TAKE?
45 minutes on average. Brides take longer!
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES RAY BEAUTY ACCEPT?
VISA, Mastercard, cash.
WHAT ARE SOME MAKEUP TIPS FOR THE DAY OF SERVICE?
Please arrive “fresh faced” on day of application, with no makeup, moisturizer, or other products on day of application. Failure to do so could result in extended time of makeup prep and create schedule delays. *PLEASE make sure all waterproof mascara is removed. This could cause significant delays if makeup is on at the time of application.
Please be aware facials can cause breakouts. If you are prone to breakouts or skin irritations following a facial, please consider scheduling your skincare no later than a week prior to day of wedding makeup application.
Please be aware hair removal can create redness and irritation on the face. It is recommended to have this done 2-3 days prior to day of wedding makeup application.
Spray tans prior to wedding are not recommended as they can cause streaking on skin, which may result in extended time of makeup application and create schedule delays. If you wish to spray tan, please contact me for recommendations on airbrush tanning technicians to ensure you receive the best tanning solution possible.
In order to stay on schedule and remain efficient, please refrain from eating, drinking, or use of electronic devices while you are receiving your makeup application.
DO YOU CHARGE A RETAINER AND TRAVEL FEE?
Yes and yes, the retainer is 25% of the total, which is required in order to book.
Travel fee is the standard federal mileage rate of 58 cents per mile.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO PROTECT ME FROM COVID-19?
I take safety and sanitation incredibly seriously. Not only did I use hospital grade sanitation and health practices before the pandemic, but now I have increased funds, focus and education in order to do the upmost that I can for your safety. I am certified by Barbicide as a Covid-19 sanitation & health beauty professional. Every safety measure is taken, face shields, masks, gloves, hospital grade sanitizer and cleanser, disposables. If you have ANY concerns or questions please don't hesitate to ask. We are in uncharted territory and I believe it is my duty and personal responsibility to ensure that I am doing everything in my power to protect you.
